When you register for The Youth Ministry Leadership Certification Program your District Coordinator will pair you with a vetted mentor from your district. The course content is just the beginning... the conversations you have with an experienced youth pastor will help you to put things into place in your home church context, and troubleshoot the unique situations facing your ministry.

Mission Canada is the PAOC's national mission agency that reaches Canada with the gospel in unique ways. There are many contexts where there is a gap; where Jesus is inadequately represented. The five gaps we focus on are:
- Canada’s next generation—children, youth and post-secondary campus students
- The people of Quebec and Francophones in other provinces
- Cultural Language Groups (Newcomers to Canada)
- Indigenous Peoples of Canada—First Nations, Métis and Inuit
- Those who live in Canada’s growing urban centres
Mission Canada is committed to identify and equip those who will pursue their calling to fill these voids.
